1. Services

We provide AI solutions, SaaS products, CRM systems, web applications, mobile applications, custom software development, UI/UX design, cloud integrations, and related technology consulting.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and contact information.
• Review deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Provide required content, branding assets, and approvals.
• Use our software and services in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Payments

Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Late payments may delay project delivery or suspend access to services.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom deliverables become the client's property after full payment. We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, reusable libraries, internal tools, and pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy. Completed milestones, delivered digital products, and completed development work are generally non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
