Who We Are

Software engineering for custom ERP, CRM, and business systems

We turn operational problems into maintainable software: sales, stock, customers, delivery, finance, and the workflows that sit between them. The work is scoped around the business, not a generic package.

Who InnoFeature Labs is

InnoFeature Labs was started to provide more than code. The persistent gap we keep seeing is between a technically interesting build and a system a business can actually run: credit limits, warehouses, sales orders, permissions, and reporting that match how the team already works.

We sit as a delivery partner for that kind of system. The aim is commercially usable software — custom ERP and CRM, SaaS products, web platforms, and mobile access — not a catalogue of disconnected features.

What we build

The core offer is operational software. Supporting digital work is available when a project needs it.

  • Custom ERP and CRM

Sales, inventory, customers, receivables, and internal workflows in one system scoped to the operation. See ERP and CRM.

  • SaaS and web applications

Multi-module business applications and products that will keep changing after the first release.

  • Automation and mobile access

Replacing spreadsheet and chat-based tracking with software teams can use in the field or in the office.

Who we work with

We work with businesses across the UK, Europe, and international markets. Typical buyers are operators who have outgrown Excel, WhatsApp tracking, or disconnected tools and need a system that sales, accounts, and operations can share.

Industry overviews for the work we most often scope are on Industries. Published products, including IFL ONE ERP, are on Products.

How we work

A structured workflow focused on quality, maintainability, and a system you can keep running. The full engagement sequence is on Our Process.

  1. Discovery & strategy

Map the current tools, data, and the workflow that creates the most friction.

  2. Design & development

Build against an agreed boundary, in reviewable increments rather than a long silent build.

  3. QA & security check

Test in an isolated environment before production traffic sees the change.

  4. Deployment & support

Release with monitoring, then continue under agreed support or further development if needed.

How we operate

The work is driven by a usable system, not a demo. These are the habits we hold to.

  • Innovation

Modern web, mobile, and cloud-native stacks — including React Native and Node.js — chosen for the job, not for fashion.

  • Security

System integrity, access control, and secure coding so operations are not left exposed after launch. We use monitoring practices such as Wazuh where the engagement requires it.

  • Efficiency

Agile delivery with visible progress. Commercial terms and ownership are defined in the agreement; pricing explains how engagements are scoped.
