UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
Lawful basis for each piece of personal data, a clear privacy notice in the app, consent for analytics and the right to export or delete data. The ICO expects this from day one.
Mobile app development · United Kingdom
InnoFeature Labs is a UK-registered mobile app development company. We build iOS, Android and cross-platform apps (Flutter and React Native) for UK businesses: field service and delivery apps, customer booking and ordering apps, and mobile companions to your ERP or CRM.
Every UK app is designed around UK GDPR, UK payment methods and accessibility expectations from day one, not patched in before launch.
In short: We are a UK-registered app development company that designs, builds and publishes iOS and Android apps for UK businesses. Projects cover discovery, UX, the app and its API, device testing and App Store and Google Play launch, with UK GDPR-aware data handling and UK payments such as Stripe, Apple Pay and GoCardless Direct Debit.
UK
These are the UK-specific points we plan into every project, so legal review and app-store review do not delay launch.
Lawful basis for each piece of personal data, a clear privacy notice in the app, consent for analytics and the right to export or delete data. The ICO expects this from day one.
Card and Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, recurring payments through GoCardless Direct Debit, and Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) handled correctly.
Readable text sizes, screen-reader labels and colour contrast designed to WCAG 2.2 AA, which also helps you meet Equality Act 2010 duties to disabled customers.
The app's API and database hosted in AWS London, Azure UK South or another UK or EU region, so UK customer data stays in a familiar jurisdiction.
In-app purchases and subscriptions with correct VAT on receipts, and connections to Xero or QuickBooks so finance does not re-type sales.
If under-18s may use the app, the ICO Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's code) applies; we design default privacy settings to match.

Mobile App Development
Every build is custom: no templates and no locked-in platform.
Swift apps for iPhone and iPad, built to Apple's review rules, with Face ID and Apple Pay when needed.
Kotlin apps tested across the Samsung, Google Pixel and other Android phones your UK users carry.
One cross-platform codebase for both stores when budget and timeline matter more than deep hardware access.
Jobs, routes, photos, signatures and proof of delivery for UK trades, logistics and maintenance teams, working offline.
Customer apps for appointments, orders, loyalty and payments for UK clinics, salons, restaurants and retailers.
Give staff on the move the parts of your ERP or CRM they need: stock, orders, leads and approvals.
How we work
Who will use the product, what it must do and which systems it connects to.
A first-release boundary, clickable prototype and an estimate before development.
Working software shown at every review, scheduled in your time zone.
Staging, device and security testing, then a controlled release.
Monitoring, updates and the next features based on real usage.
Interactive demo
Our main page has an interactive demo and a click-through walkthrough of a project from the first call to launch.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. InnoFeature Labs Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom (registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ). Discovery, design reviews and sprint demos run online, scheduled in UK working hours.
It depends on the number of screens and user roles, native or cross-platform, offline needs, payments and integrations with your existing systems. We agree a first release in discovery and give you an estimate before development starts, so you are not asked to commit to an open-ended budget.
Yes. We map the personal data the app collects, add the privacy notice and consent flows, support data export and deletion, and host data in a UK or EU region. Your own legal adviser should still review your privacy policy.
Yes. We integrate Stripe for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and GoCardless for Direct Debit, with Strong Customer Authentication handled. Digital goods sold inside the app may need Apple or Google in-app purchase instead, and we plan for that.
Flutter or React Native suits most business apps that need both stores on a contained budget. Native Swift and Kotlin are better when the app relies on Bluetooth, NFC, background location or demanding graphics. We recommend one in discovery.
For custom builds the deliverables become your property after full payment unless agreed otherwise in writing, and the apps are published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts.

Tell us who will use it and what it must connect to. We will recommend native or cross-platform and outline a first release and estimate.
