Ready for UAE VAT and e-invoicing

The UAE is moving B2B and B2G invoicing to structured e-invoices exchanged through accredited providers. A PDF emailed to a customer will not count as an e-invoice for businesses in scope.

E-invoicing timeline

Under Ministerial Decisions No. 243 and 244 of 2025, businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must issue e-invoices from 1 January 2027, and businesses below that threshold from 1 July 2027. Each business must appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) before its go-live date.

How the model works

The UAE uses a five-corner, Peppol-based model: your system sends structured invoice data to your ASP, which validates it, delivers it to the buyer's ASP and reports tax data to the Federal Tax Authority. We build the invoice data structure and the handoff to the ASP you choose.

VAT and Corporate Tax

Tax invoices carry the required fields: supplier and customer TRN, sequential invoice numbers and 5% VAT amounts, with credit notes linked to the original invoice. Clean revenue, cost and profit reporting also supports UAE Corporate Tax filings.

Penalties to avoid

Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025 sets penalties such as AED 5,000 per month for not implementing the system or appointing an ASP on time, and AED 100 per invoice not issued or transmitted on time (capped at AED 5,000 per month).

What UAE businesses usually ask us to fix

Sales managed on WhatsApp and Excel

Leads, quotations and follow-ups sit in personal chats and sheets, so managers cannot see the pipeline or who owes a reply.

Stock across warehouses and branches

Mainland, free zone and branch stock is tracked separately, so availability and transfers are guessed rather than known.

Receivables and credit control

Outstanding invoices, post-dated cheques and customer credit limits are reconciled by hand at month end.

What we build for UAE businesses

Start with a ready-made product and adapt it, or build a fully custom system around your workflow.

Custom ERP software

Inventory, purchasing, sales orders, invoicing, receivables, expenses and profit reporting in one system.

CRM and sales automation

Leads, follow-ups, quotations, pipelines and sales team reporting, replacing spreadsheets and chat threads.

Ready-made products

IFL One ERP, sales CRM, POS, logistics and distribution systems you can start using and then customize.

Typical UAE integrations include accounting tools such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Tally, payment gateways, courier and logistics APIs, and the API of your chosen e-invoicing ASP. Multi-currency (AED, USD and others) is supported in IFL One ERP. Each integration is confirmed during discovery.

Choosing an ERP software company in Dubai

Most ERP software companies in Dubai resell large platforms such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite or Odoo, and charge per user plus implementation. We take a different route: our own ERP, CRM and POS products, adapted to your workflow, with multiple users included and an option to buy the software outright.

That suits UAE trading companies, distributors and retailers with 5 to 200 staff who need VAT-correct invoicing, multi-branch stock and clear receivables without an enterprise licence bill.

Inventory management software for Dubai warehouses and shops

Stock in a Dubai warehouse, a Sharjah depot and a Deira shop should be one number, not three spreadsheets. Our inventory management software tracks stock by location, batch and movement, links it to sales orders and purchases, and shows what is available, reserved or in transit.

CRM software in Dubai for sales and real estate teams

Our CRM software gives Dubai sales teams one place for leads, follow-ups, quotations and pipelines, from AED 238 per month. For real estate brokers it can track enquiries, property interests, viewings and deal stages, so no lead is lost between agents.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best ERP software in the UAE?

There is no single best ERP for every UAE business. SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle NetSuite suit larger companies with standard processes and enterprise budgets; Odoo and Zoho suit businesses comfortable configuring a package. A custom or adaptable ERP like ours suits SMEs that need VAT and e-invoicing readiness, multi-branch stock and their own workflow without per-user fees.

How much does ERP software cost in the UAE?

Our ready-made ERP starts at AED 383 per month or AED 12,120 as a one-time purchase, with multiple users included and no per-user licence fees. Custom ERP projects are quoted after discovery, based on modules, branches, integrations and data migration.

Is your ERP ready for UAE e-invoicing?

The ERP produces structured tax invoice data with the required VAT fields and can send it to your Accredited Service Provider through an API. The ASP handles validation, exchange and reporting to the FTA, as the UAE model requires.

Do you support multi-branch and free zone businesses?

Yes. Stock, sales and reporting can be split by branch, warehouse or legal entity, with consolidated views for management.

Can the software handle AED and other currencies?

Yes. IFL One ERP supports multi-currency, so you can invoice and track payments in AED, USD and other currencies.

Do you have a CRM for real estate and sales teams in Dubai?

Yes. Our sales CRM manages leads, follow-ups and pipelines, and can be adapted for real estate enquiries, viewings and deal stages.
