IFL Hospital Management System is a web-based hospital and clinic management software for OPD tokens, patient records, doctor consultations, e-prescriptions, pharmacy, stock, expenses, payroll and accounts, built for hospitals, clinics and welfare health centres in Pakistan.
IFL Hospital Management System is a web-based hospital management software developed by InnoFeature Labs for hospitals, clinics and welfare health centres that want to run the outpatient department, pharmacy and accounts from one connected system instead of registers and spreadsheets.
The day starts at reception. Staff find an existing patient by name, phone, patient ID or CNIC, or register a new patient in seconds, then issue an OPD token for an available doctor. Tokens print on 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers with English and Urdu text, and duplicate tokens for the same patient and doctor are prevented automatically.
Doctors work from a live queue: call the next patient, record vitals, complaint, diagnosis and advice, and write a structured prescription with automatic medicine quantities. The finished prescription reaches the pharmacy straight away.
The pharmacy dispenses against the prescription or as a walk-in sale, always from the earliest-expiring batch. Medicines can be sold at full price, with a per-medicine discount or free of charge for deserving patients, with the reason recorded every time. Purchases, suppliers, expiry tracking, returns and stock audits are built in.
The finance module connects every sale to the cash book. It covers donations with printed receipts, other income, a separate expenses module with categories, transfers between accounts, daily cash closing, payroll with salary advances, supplier payments and an automatic pharmacy-to-accounts reconciliation, with reports exportable to CSV.
Six roles — Super Admin, Admin, Receptionist, Doctor, Pharmacist and Accountant — each see only their own screens, and every branch's data stays separate. Patient CNICs are stored encrypted and shown masked, every change is written to an activity log, and encrypted daily backups are verified by an automatic weekly restore drill. Staff receive real-time and push notifications for new patients, prescriptions and stock alerts, and the system installs on phones as a Progressive Web App.

Issue tokens for new or existing patients in a few clicks. Reception sees which doctors are on duty and how many tokens each shift has left, duplicate tokens for the same patient and doctor are blocked, and tokens print on 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers in English and Urdu.
Search patients by name, phone, patient ID or full CNIC, filter by gender, age, last visit or doctor, and open a complete profile with every token, consultation and pharmacy receipt for that patient.
Patient CNIC numbers are stored encrypted and shown masked everywhere. Authorised staff can reveal a number when needed, every reveal is recorded, and CNICs never appear on tokens, prints, exports or API responses.
Each doctor works from a live queue that refreshes on its own: call the next patient, record vitals, complaint, diagnosis, advice and follow-up date, then complete and move to the next patient in one step.
Doctors pick medicines from the pharmacy catalogue, set dose, frequency and days, and the system calculates the quantity automatically. Prescriptions print for the patient and appear instantly on the pharmacy screen.
Dispense against a doctor's prescription or as a walk-in sale with name, SKU or barcode search. Stock is always taken from the earliest-expiring unexpired batch, and a receipt prints automatically.
Give a percentage discount per medicine, dispense some or all medicines free for deserving patients, or mix both in one sale. A reason is required, administrators can set a discount limit for pharmacists, and concessions are reported separately from income.
Receive stock with batch numbers, expiry dates and prices, manage suppliers, track low-stock and expiring medicines, record returns with restock or quarantine, and run stock audits with adjustment history.
Record donations with printed receipts and other income, transfer funds between cash and bank accounts, close each cash day against the counted amount, and reconcile every pharmacy sale and refund with the ledger automatically.
A dedicated expenses module with categories, monthly totals, spend-by-category breakdown and filters. Mistaken entries are reversed with a recorded reason instead of being deleted, so the cash book always stays complete.
Maintain salary profiles, generate and approve monthly payroll, give and recover salary advances, print payslips and pay supplier bills against purchases, all posted to the correct account.
Date-range reports for tokens, pharmacy sales, stock, payroll and all transactions, with totals for income, expenses, discounts and medicines given free, exportable to CSV.
Six roles (Super Admin, Admin, Receptionist, Doctor, Pharmacist and Accountant) see only their own menus and screens. Each branch keeps its own patients, stock and accounts, while Super Admins can switch between branches.
Doctors are alerted about new patients, pharmacists about new prescriptions and administrators about stock and backup problems. Alerts appear in the in-app bell and as phone or desktop push notifications.
Every change is recorded with who did it and when. Encrypted database backups run daily and an automatic weekly restore drill proves that the latest backup can actually be restored.
Responsive screens with a phone tab bar for every role. Staff can install the system on Android or iPhone home screens as a Progressive Web App for fast, app-like access.
